The power of a positive attitude


You wake up sleepy and tired, the day should start but I will not. He stumbles around, stub your toe on the dresser and step on the dog. What do you do, get mad and waste the day with anger or get excited because you woke up this morning and the day will be awesome.

Unfortunately, most of us fill our day with negativity from the moment they get out of bed. Then we wonder why our day is the best. Attitude affects every aspect of your life, even your online business because they have a great attitude. The good news is you control your attitude, not me not circumstances, and it works. Every time you get excited about your day, you made the choice to be excited. When you walk through your day with negativity is a choice you made.

Making the right choice

Making the choice to stay positive is an easy task but it takes commitment and will not happen overnight. And 'learn to find the positive in every situation and retraining your sub conscious to think positive instead of negative. Unfortunately, we are bread to think negatively because we can walk, but we can retrain to be the positive motivation that takes charge and wins in life.

Read on to learn the techniques I use to keep a positive attitude.

Make a goal to Change

Affirmations

Affirmations are the key to maintaining a positive attitude. The statement is a positive statement that in the present tense with conviction. For example, I am a money magnet, money flows to me easily and effortlessly or I am a very positive person at all times. I made a list of seven affirmations that I say twice a day every day and I recommend you do the same. I say my affirmations every morning in the shower and at night before going to bed and when ever I fill with anything negative, so this will be integrated into my sub-consciousness through the day.

Fighting a Negitive With A Positive

Whenever you find yourself thinking negatively, turn into a positive thought and repeat ten times. It takes 10 positive thoughts to cancel a negative thought. Everything can be made positive, for example, you are stuck in rush hour traffic and you want to go home and see your family. This is an easy situation to get negative, but instead make it a positive by saying this is awesome, now I have time to clear my head from work so when I get home I can give my family my attention. Now, when you get home're in a good mood and ready to play with children, instead of being grumpy.

Follow through on what you just read and you'll be surprised how much better life and business will be. This will be a hard road, but one thing worth achieving easy!

Looking in the mirror of a reflection that does not fit. Who I am, what I get, this is the right decision. My life was filled with doubt and the perception of failure was more my mind came when I decided to give in to something called the allegations.

Affirmations

Statements play a vital role in maintaining a positive attitude and strong mind. You are what you think and why not think big. The statement is a statement made at the present time, loudly and with conviction. For example, I am a positive person all the time. What this does is say a statement in your subconscious so that it becomes part of you.

Before you start let me explain what the conscious and subconscious mind are so you can better understand the power of affirmations.

What You Know

The conscious mind is the state of mind can be recognized. And 'self-talk in your head. The conscious mind is powered by what you believe in your subconscious mind. By this I mean if you are presented with a decision to make you question what is right and wrong with your conscious mind. That said what is right and wrong? And 'what do you think is basically what you were taught growing up and that is in your subconscious mind.

What you believe is what you believe?

The subconscious mind is the state of mind are not aware of, this is were your breathing is controlled, were his core values were a lie and your self image was created. In general it is a database of everything you learned in your life. The subconscious mind is the knowledge that allows to distinguish between right and wrong, what your core values are and tells you that a piece of corn is a piece of corn. Basically what you believe in your subconscious mind is your reality, so if you think you cannot succeed to the right if you believe articles right cannot right and so on and so forth. For this reason it is necessary to retrain your subconscious affirmations to believe you're successful, they are positive or what you are trying to achieve.

Now, if the subconscious has learned a database you can retrain it? Yes, and we do it through assertions.

Change the beliefs that you basically will not happen overnight, but it can be done with commitment. You have years of knowledge stored away in his head and you need to understand that one must attack the question in a moment.

Take Control

To start the process you need to know what you want to change. Write a list of things you want to achieve and seem to have trouble making. Then choose the single most important thing that binds everything on your list. For example, my list was composed of associates tasks that I could not get done or postponed. Everything has to become a successful Internet marketing. This is what I focused on ... I am a successful Internet marketers.

Next is to write a list of seven ten statements attacking the look you want to change. As I said before that statement is a positive statement in the present tense with conviction. For example, I am a money magnet, money flows to me easily and without effort or money follows me wherever I go. These are some that I use for the money.

Schedule a time in the morning and evening to say your affirmations. You should have at least seven statements and all should be repeated ten times twice a day for a total of 140 positive statements daily. This is a critical step in the formation of new subconciosness positive because it lasts about ten to override a negative.

Rewrite the book

The last step is something that should be done every night like staying in bed and whenever you have a spare minute. I call it rewriting the book. Close your eyes and imagine the path that the subconscious is a long dark staircase to go to a basement in your head. You walk in complete darkness and see nothing. Continue to walk down stairs without end in sight, when a small white light appears. You start running and the light becomes brighter, then suddenly you are there, a white room with nothing but a very dense book, and a flashlight inside. The book should be a million or more pages with the title of your subconscious. Page opens with the success of the title page of the law you will never be successful. Now tear, burn on this page, with the torch and replace it with a page that says I am a person of success, success follows me every step I take. Leave the room that just rewrote the book.

You are what you think so think big. statements apply to your everyday life and watch what happens.

Simple speed tests readng
Time is money and more time is saved, the more can be applied to more important or interesting efforts. It seems that no matter how fast you learn to do something. Can never be made fast enough.


Read the words in reverse
Ability to focus on the problem is a constituent parts of the successful mental work. Try to train your ability to concentrate mentally by reading the words on the front.

When you read a word mentally back to the front you should imagine the letters and then read these letters. For example "word" - "Draw," "Tell '-" let ". If your conscience is distracted on a strange object, you immediately lose the thread of reading and should make the exercise again. This will can train your attention.

These exercises can be done in public transport to make the most needlessly lose time to your advantage. Start with simple words of four letters. Gradually try to deal with more words.


Breathing and reading
Breathing is also a good way to improve your speed with which you read. Try to take solid deep breaths instead of short rapid breathing. This will allow you to calm down and try to read with more concentration.


Metronome reading
Enter the text before you and give the command to run this statement in a clear and dynamic. Make two frication of eyes on each line of text. One click of metronome - one eyes jump! Work in this mode 1-2 minutes. Adjust the speed of the metronome higher. Continue to execute the task. first rate metronome seems to be very high. Through a few seconds (through how much?) I understand that the rate was slow. Your mind adapts for current task and ready for the next task.

You say that thanks! It 'must do business with yourself carefully. The brain can adapt well to new condition.

You see, language is the maximum rate of 400 words per minute. If you say to yourself the words (even silently) as you read, you will never be able to read faster than the maximum rate of language. This is known as the "barrier subvocalization.

Speed reading software speeds capable of mental processing to the point of "synchronization" and breaking the barrier subvocalization, but can also help to reach speeds far beyond what was once considered possible.


Two vertical lines
If you use a glass 'anti-glare' screen, draw two vertical lines in felt pen, 5 cm. apart, so you have a strip of 5 cm. wide in the center of text you are reading.

Now move your eyes in a 'model Z' on this central strip, at a rate slightly faster than is comfortable. Because your mind is not reading every word, is forced to fill 'gaps'. This engages much more of Mind, as it has to build associations and patterns in written material. This in turn leads to increased understanding and greater memory of what has been read. This technique exploits the fact that much of written English is highly redundant, a lot of words can be skipped without loss of meaning.


Strips reading


Cut the text on three perpendicular strips. Place the first piece of yourself. Make the empty spaces of an inch between strips.Read quickly. The speed of reading more then understanding more. Soon you will not notice the space between the strips. Shift the central strip in any order. Create maximum discomfort brain. Let the work for the brain! Look how easy. Pack strips in initial order.

Read. What do you feel?


Read the first sentence
Since often the first sentence of each paragraph states the main idea of that paragraph, while other phrases drawn on that idea, you can browse, read by just reading the first few sentences. In some cases, you can get enough information from just reading the first sentence of each paragraph.

Unfortunately, some writers their points so long that they have different ideas, and other key phrases stick in half. In these cases, you can not use the first method effective sentence.

Browse through the publication - in front of words or backwards - so that you get to know what's inside and where it is. Notice the layout and the way information is presented. Notice the table of contents and any special sections. Do not be too serious - it is better to be playful.

Note that the most interest you, but unread. Catch titles, subtitles, pictures and graphics. When you find something interesting, think about how you can use it - reading for information should be a goal seeking activity. Decide how long you can afford, then go for it.

Follow this advice and reading becomes purposeful, active, challenging and Goal-Oriented ... this means you save time and get more information from the time you spend reading!


Do not not read all of the words


Ask your friend to guess the phrase from the text. Try to find as quickly as possible. The training develops the selective ability of the brain. Sometimes it is not necessary to read the entire text, but must find important information from various keywords.

While you are performing the exercise groped to resolve the status of the subconscious. What happens when the brain is the answer? What you see, what you hear, do you feel? It is the word you are looking for the color (bright red, shiny, dark, light). What happens with other words? Pronounced words (voice, tone)? Extended eye-span

Instead of reading each word one at a time, read in groups 2, 3 or 4. As you set each group to minimize the time spent on each fixation. To overcome the problems of jumping back and regression use a guide such as a finger or maybe a pen or pencil. These ideas are very simple concepts that can have a major impact on your reading speed if you practice and make them a habit.


active reading

When you are reading a document in particular, often helps if you highlight, annotate, and highlight that as you go on. This highlights the information in your mind, and helps you to review important points later.

Doing this also helps keep your mind focused on the material and stops it wandering.

This is obviously only one thing to do if you have the document! If you find that active reading helps, then it might be worth copying information in texts more expensive. You can then read and mark the photocopies.

If you're worried about destroying the material, ask yourself what your time investment worthwhile. If the benefit is achieved with the active reading reasonably exceeds the value of the book, then the book is available.


Think for a moment, what you read
She was taught to read the language, because you were taught to read is taught to speak. Would you enjoy what you read? Think for a moment, what were the best books I ever read on your life? Those who enjoyed the most?

I'm going to bet they were the best books for you, because the fantasy was totally absorbed in the book. So the brain was working at a much higher when you're using your imagination.

What to do when you're worried

Worrying? Who is not these days? There is such a great choice of things to worry about - terrorism, the economy, the rising cost of health insurance - and then there's our list of more personal - the difficult teenager, an elderly parent, who is ill, the threat of being downsized, the hard to find a good job.

What we choose to say much to worry us, but the concept of concern seems to have been accepted life. I'm reminded of my first day internship in a shelter for battered women, when I was getting a degree in psychology. "You will not find a lot of neurotic worrying down here," the supervisor said. "It's put food on the table."

What is "neurotic" worrying? Well, it's a bit 'as ever in the wake of a disturbing and moving levels and directions. Worrying about things you're conflicted about. Daydreaming and inventing things to worry about. It 'an oversimplification, but "real concern is when the car stopped on the track rail and a train is barreling toward you." Product "is worrying worrying that you never find a partner because you're over 30 or worrying that You 'll Never find a job.

Sometimes we just get in the habit of worry. For example you may wake up and start searching mind for what you're supposed to be worrying about that day. Even after having a dream can trigger this. "I had this wonderful dream about my mother" someone told me, "and woke up so happy, but did not last long. I immediately switched over to worrying about how unhappy she is now and what to do about it."

Well, it's one thing if you worry about something fundamental - in the case of being unemployed, for example, but quite another if you're just in the habit of worrying and you do not feel good if you are not, or rather go after as a part of your mental and emotional life.

This can be changed and is part of your development of emotional intelligence. The concern is the emotional and mental part. You start the emotion of concern for what they're thinking or, especially sad, you're in a mindset of concern and initiate a scan of your computer to find things to worry about. And 'quite logical that if you are determined to worry, you can find something to worry about, but we are not always rational about these things.

Emotions are valuable to us because they give us information, and in this case, your concern that tells you that there is a legitimate problem that needs to be addressed, but consider this analogy. It 'was often bandied about by the media, and is a kind of well-known fact that the stock market does not like uncertainty. We have often said that once the election was over, if it went well, the market would settle and start climbing.

Well, we do not work well with uncertainty either. Once a decision is made, we can settle and start climbing. Worrying is as yet in that state of indecision. After all, we can not always be sure of any outcome.

If you think, what ever we worry often come true, and things that really there are things that blow could never conceive. 911 would be a good example of this. As we have conceived such a thing happen? There could have been a United States person awake at night worrying that a terrorist plane would crash into the World Trade Center, but I bet there were at least 100 people in New York City at the time worried about a presentation that had to give that day that never occurred because of the terrible event that nobody could have foreseen.

And remember all the recommendations that were made to deal with 911? One of them was to do something to help, to choose one thing to do to help others or help the cause, and then relieve that feeling powerless. It was acting.

Do not make a habit of worry. If there is a challenge in your life, face it and do your best to tackle it. You can borrow strength from the challenges you faced before you. If you worry about something that can not do anything, you're wasting time and energy that could be positively focused elsewhere. If you are worrying for fear, in search of possible candidates for this task, there is something much better could you do with your mind.

The first step is to become aware of your preoccupation own models. The second step is knowing that you have a choice. Then you can learn to divert themselves from the senseless concern that steals life energy and pleasure.

The worst thing to be addicted to

Shelley is worried about her financial situation. He has a home business that looks promising but is still largely production and credit card bills begin to accumulate. He takes the paper need to look at the ads, think about doing some 'marketing for your home business, the wonder that is the best course of action or whether it should do both, and then decides to have a cigarette and clean the house.

Sam has marital problems. His wife left the marriage, not only emotionally, but she has moved out of the house. He knows more and wants to find a new love and get on with life, but he is concerned about the financial consequences if the files for divorce. Antony has no idea what to do with retirement. People keep saying how lucky he is to be able to retire, but he does not see it that way. It 'a concern after another trying to figure out what to do with himself and how to pass the time. Has a nagging suspicion his coach's personal life was something in every suggestion that has, particularly on his self-esteem of being attacked only to his profession and its need to develop their emotional intelligence and start building the next stage of his life.

At the end of their time out, you feel worse about themselves and their situation for doing it.

Emotional Intelligence starts with self-awareness. Take a look at what you do when you start to worry and get feedback outside, such as coaching. It 's a realistic concern? You made a plan to address the causes of it? You have taken the first step, which is the most difficult? You got the emotional side of it run?

Worry is a waste of time and treating it with an employment or a substance is adding insult to injury. Will always be easier in the short term to ruminate and then grab a piece of chocolate or numb the mind with alcohol, but in the long run you'll end up with a new problem on top of the old one. If you recognize this as a template in your life, you're ready to try something different?

Walt Disney the inspiration to form a better life?

You, like many others, may have come into this article because you want more from life. In this sense, you and I may be the same because we are looking for greater happiness and a stronger sense of fulfillment.

If you are someone in your thirty years or more, and perhaps western, then, like me, can you read adventure stories or seen enough Walt Disney enough to have been heartened by the stories of bad boys, like the beast in Beauty and the Beast , winning beauty, Belle. Do not know about you, but this story gave me hope!

And perhaps refer to the heroics of Robin Hood was no nonsense, even the bad ones in charge while King Richard crusade. And Robin, of robbing the rich and dishing out to the poor, yet had time to get his work-life balance right. Between robbing the rich and dishing out to the poor who still had time to celebrate with his companions and date the most beautiful girl in the country. The old rogue!

Maybe you loved the never-grow-old attitude of Pan, Hercules wanted to conquer all and craved the day when you could leave school and go to the forest of life, whistling and singing merrily as one of the seven dwarfs As she headed the way for a job that made your heart sing with joy!

And maybe, like me, you're grown, you realize that the world is not exactly the way you imagined in your youth: Cinderella has not pulled away in the pumpkin carriage, and is not Snow White for dinner kitchen when you arrive home from work after a day's work for a guy who would be in hot water if he had a nose like Pinocchio.

Well I do not know about you, but I felt a bit 'disappointed and dissatisfied with life as it turned out after a romantic, adventurous childhood dreams heavy load.

Dissatisfied by the time I hit my twenty-five years? More like disconnected: divorce, obesity, abuse and financial problems all gone in my life since then and I think in a way that I wanted a pair of dwarfs - grumpy and sleepy! Perhaps your experience is similar, maybe a little 'different, a bit' better or worse, but I'm sure we can empathize with others and maybe even share a little feeling of disillusionment with life in general.

But the word "disappointment" ... makes me wonder ... And I wonder how I came to be disillusioned. Why come to a place of "disillusionment" must mean I had an 'illusion "in the first place. And I believe that this illusion may have been shaped by the wonders of Disney and the hopes of romance and magic in the future and the values set by society of the time: work hard for a living and marrying for life - in other words to grow on be a hero and marry a princess.

But what are your illusions, my new friend? What did you hope to have found in life until you stumbled on my article? Who hope to be? Who hope to love? And where did all go wrong?

But I have some questions for you before you go and if all that experience has come to you for your greater good? And if you could understand? And if you could use? What if you could climb over it? What if you could now become a hero you've always dreamed you would be and reconnect with that world of romance, adventure and wonder?

And if everything in your life had a purpose? What if you have a purpose in life? What if That life's purpose to have been set with an illusion, find the opposite of that illusion - disappointment - and then rediscover the original illusion Could you finally know the magic and wonder of true life and live happily ever after?

Perhaps all the difficulty is useful. Perhaps all our troubles have meaning true, my friend and perhaps we are ready to experience the magic of this world has to offer. I think we should also remember that even Walt Disney himself had his challenges: I knew he slept in his office because he could not afford maximum accommodation and had not even left shoes to wear when he finally called for a meeting that changed his life, and all of ours.

Create a Gratitude Journal

Today 4:19:02 am grateful for _______________.

As I write the above line, I wonder, "What is my answer?" My first thought is: "I am grateful for today." Then I realize that there are so many people, places and things I am grateful. Every day the list grows.

Every day there are things that happen to us, and for us, we are grateful. Sometimes even find that, after the passage of time, we become grateful. Take time today, tomorrow and the next to think or what you are grateful. Then, write it in your diary. Or send a letter or a card, with dates and experiences to that person.

You can start keeping a journal where you date and write in daily, weekly or monthly about what you are grateful, and because the circumstances that created the gratitude. This becomes a story and record your feelings and experiences hot that you gave, and also what you received.

You can also create individual gratitude journals for your spouse, your children, parents, friends, etc., which are reviewed in a period of time. You can write about them sharing what we appreciate about them. Get a new journal to use for this purpose only. Select a pen color or multiple colors. You can express your feelings with certain colors, green for a growth memory, blue for peaceful times, you decide what each color means and note that the front of the magazine. Date each entry and describe events, memories, or thoughts you have of that person. Describe what you have, what you observed, what you want for them. Tell them how grateful you are for them in your life, and why. This becomes a precious memory and a priceless gift.

Telling someone you are grateful for them in your life for what they did, for what they are is very powerful expression of care and love. Telling a stranger who gave you something, directions, good service, a smile, that we appreciate what they did and since it is another form of connection. Spreading the idea of gratitude. You can see something on TV or read of someone. Send a mail or a letter of appreciation for what they are, what we stand for, or what they did.

Today I am grateful for _______________-fill this void with what we are grateful for your.

For example - my car, my children, family, work, the future, my recovery, etc.

As I was thinking what I'm grateful, I naturally thought of my many wonderful, dear friends. So, I decided to email and ask what they were grateful. I asked them if I could even share their answers with you, and here I am.

Run your own race - at Your Own Pace

Thanksgiving Day, dawn spills over Dana Point Harbor where thousands of runners gather for the annual Turkey trot. The largest holiday race in California called people of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities. Pending on the starting line for the 10-K, speak to a father and his daughter of seven years. Around me, I hear bravado talk about marathons, triathlons, hard bodies and Zippo fat. Fortunately, the people I spy silver haired with knee braces, a young couple with children in jogging strollers and runners clad in costumes ranging from Santa Claus to Elvis Presley. Running in a gold jump suit polyester, and Pompadour wig while carrying a boom box blaring Elvis will be some trick. Me-I just want to stop.

The gun goes off and we all inch our way under the balloon arch. Runners jostle for position, elbowing their way into the pitch. Me-I just smile at the new day and feel right for getting up and down for the event.

By mile two, my righteousness turns into dismay as the seven years from me. Elvis has already done the road turn before me, and I'm late for a woman who must be 10 years and 20 pounds on me. The sense of competitiveness heats up and makes my rhythm. I forget that I already run two miles to the harbor and 4.2 miles left to go. The runners around me set my pace.

Suddenly, as I do the turn, I am struck by a humiliating spectacle. In front of me, arms pumping operates a young man with one leg sparkling in the sun. The metal shank is attached to his thigh. A calf with a thin aluminum door with a metal foot curved like a rocker. He is unaware of who passes. He is running its course at their own pace.

I slow down, take his lesson, and resume my 1-2-3-4 mantra. Lesson learned, smack between the eyes. How many times we let others set the pace, ignoring our goals, our abilities? How often we judge our success or our failure to be what others have done?

Finish despite the pain in the knee. Way behind the silver-haired lady. Well below the 7 years. In view of the elegant full-bodied boy. No matter. And 'my race, my pace. It is a great day for the race the human race.

Star Power Quality

In the world of rapid hurly-Whirly obsessions of the media, fame, outwardly, is the crown jewel. Get crowned as a princess pop idol or a movie mega icon Prince is not an easy task without an entourage of advertising and public relations agents. Not to mention all the lawyers and their ilk. imaging is the magic charm of the professional spin doctors and swirl twirl with surprising results.


Many times an actor or singer is swept off their feet by the media machine and before they know it ... Hey Presto! are a success in the public eye. Gone is their anonymity and everything seems glamor and glitter.


A few mega stars "can keep their egos under control and not take success too seriously. However, they are few and far between. As we all know, history teaches us that to become rich and famous can have devastating consequences.


Without a solid foundation and a true reflection of themselves than their true nature, the successful artist becomes a pawn in the trappings moldable, media player mechanism. Become a game to grab all you can manipulate the star and everything that's worth. Become the goose that is, that their golden eggs and nothing else gets in the way of promotional machine.


Fortunately for the average person, are not going to suffer the slings and arrows of stardom regrettable, because not everything that glitters is gold. However, many people may still exist as a star performer in the game of life.


Take the game of golf as an example of how life can take on real meaning. If we could program a golf ball with a micro chip and every time the ball was hit off the tee, the ball would have traveled the entire distance of the fairway, run onto the green and into the cup. This would make a golf game useless, because everyone would win.


In every tournament there must be a winner. All golfers play the same course, but there is always someone who finds a path to success ... Why? When a player has played all his life what happens in that special day become a winner? It is only by chance. It 's a lucky day, or is there some other force at work? If there is an invisible force at work, can be exploited and developed all the time?


Well, it would be of no benefit if a magic force appointed top dog everyone in every competition, workplace or lottery, because everything would be similar to the ball program was pointing. The fact of the matter is, the man did not play games that have no real meaning. Winning or losing has no real meaning under General. Fame and fortune, once reached, sooner or later evaporate its golden sugar-coated finish.


Every man has some unique qualities. All perceive and interpret things differently. However, there is an invisible force that can provide intrinsic every human being with the ability to enjoy life ... so there is a magic ball, after all. But this is not magic ball winning physicist, makes owners intangible overcome all the pitfalls, dangers and obstacles put in their way to ruin a score of zero as a breezy, lively.


The magic sphere can not be bought or bartered. No spin doctors or public relations firm can evoke his image. No film stars was able to produce or direct its course. No concept can pop idol fashion its orchestration. No religion is necessary to project its authenticity. No science is needed to spread the truth. This is not magic ball of the human race ... but resides in human nature.


The makeup of discharges genuine human nature, an energy that is serene and gentle. It 'full of love and joy. And 'powerful and complete. It is accomplished by a relentless spirit. We know that is a bright star that has universal light rays throughout the universe. He does not need approval of any man made doctrine or dogma. And 'the heritage of all human beings, surrounded by each atom, cells and molecules.


You are invited to explore the magic ball and dance with a flavor to savor. Miraculously, you will discover .... Hai, a hundred billion neurons that are your biggest fans. They are ready to light up and applaud your positive significant action. You have seven billion cells that pays tribute. They exist to glorify your good deeds. You live with QSP ... Star Power Quality .... Six 'Well - to - "Now under the sun and do well ........ For humanity!

The bravest people in the world.

Who are the bravest people in the world? Armed services? Coast Guard? Astronauts? Firepersons? Explorers? Mountaineers? ... ... Sports? For us, the bravest people in the world are those who have undertaken to discover how they can get the best of themselves. Individuals who undertake to learn and change their habits and beliefs in order to realize their dreams. Individuals, who fight the dreaded disease of complacency.

Complacency is one of the deadliest diseases you face in your life. It stifles growth. Kills companies. Destroys the economy of his country. Changes and destroys your relationship with your partner, friends, colleagues and children.

If you:

have a sense of self-satisfaction.

results are low in energy and enthusiasm.

have become unaware of danger, difficulty, or controversy in your life.

difficult to accept positive criticism and acknowledge your mistakes.

take ages making a decision, particularly those that will change your future or may be unpopular.

spend the day with an attitude of 'that is good enough' or 'do'.

Then, in a nutshell, complacency has you in its hands and is destroying you.

Complacency is taking away your spirit.

How do you overcome complacency? What is the treatment?

Napoleon Hill says the treatment is: Control your thoughts.

"We are looking for the magic key that opens the door to the source of power, and you have the key in your hands, and use them when they learn to control your thoughts.

The magic key is not to focus on and control your negative and wasteful thoughts but to develop your necessary and positive thoughts.

Negative thoughts and waste, such as guilt and concern, is of no use. Their task is to reduce your energy and your potential. To make you weaker than you really are. So do not focus your thinking on your weaknesses because the more you think negative thoughts and waste more you get from your potential. You can not change negative thoughts to positive ones.

So what can you do?

There are two strategies that you can take to be successful:

1. Focus on your necessary and positive thinking.

thoughts needed: those that keep your life of course work and positive thoughts are moving forward with the intention of forming win / win relationships. Both are invaluable. They bring you energy and success. They are your seeds of a successful life. Guide your feelings, words and actions. The more you can think in more positive your feelings, words and actions are positive and it has happened.

2. Stop asking 'why' when you do not get the desired results ..

'Why' cause only respond with 'why'. And any sentence starting with 'why' means that you are now defending your past behavior and change is impossible. Rather ask yourself, 'what caused it to happen' or 'how it happened'. Now you have something strong base your future.

These strategies are the antidote that finishes complacency and give you freedom.

You have the freedom to choose your behavior. No need to continue following others and what others say about you. All you have to do is focus on natural and positive thoughts. These give you power and allows you to find what you are really capable of.

The bravest people in the world are those who win the disease of complacency and strive to be all they are capable of being.

BORN body and spirit

We were born of body and spirit. The soul dies to one body of existence and comes to another. Death, illusion, doors without fear, as we die to the Holy of Holies day, knowingly and with exacting purpose. We, as Spirit-human, are in a perpetual state of transformation and transmutation. The Divine Self is a constant living expression of wonder and universal form of constant change through the developmental processes of bodies physical, emotional, mental and spiritual rising for eternity as a sacred spring spiral of consciousness. In other words, we are alive and eternal through the holy will of Gd, the Creator, until his death in this dimensional reality. The Temple purifies the body to ashes and the Spirit ascend to the worlds beyond. There is more truth and nothing more than freedom. This is, in fact, a peace beyond understanding and is eternal.

birthright of humanity on this floor is the process and progress towards the return to our more natural state, the Spirit. The soul evolves through a continuous renewal and the promise of Gd is manifested through the individual soul and collective (s) of humanity. This alliance can be illuminating broke. And 'the birthright of all humanity without prejudice, emotional attachment or combating mental gymnastics. The veil of unconsciousness and the 'trail of tears' because of unrealized, unfulfilled life purpose and spiritual vision can only hide this alliance. Can not be destroyed.

The brain and mind, is there a difference?

The reality of human experience goes far beyond the physical, but most of the world identifies with what they see, hear, touch, smell and taste. Ask yourself as a measure of discernment, "I'm one dimensional or multidimensional?" Then ask yourself: "I'm Greater than the sum of my body or my emotions or my brain?" If you answered yes to these questions and then keep asking yourself this powerful question: "I know my mind and the mind is something other than the physical organ we call brain? "

First of all, humanity must be recognized by the scientific and spiritual knowledge that every individual human being is multidimensional as we 'live and breathe and we are' and simultaneously working within and between different levels of consciousness. This is the transcendent mind. Consciousness is transcendent mind Gd Consciousness. How will humanity what is known as 'cloud of things knowable' in acient Wisdom Teachings, we obtain the mystical understanding of life. And 'this understanding that we begin to consciously connect with the Source of all creation that gives life. We begin the journey aware of our birthright through a purification process, as we meet the joys and challenges that arise from the healing alignment between spirit and matter. What a wonderful and exciting spiritual pilgrimage as we begin to understand consiously the covenant of our birthright and the purpose of our life on earth in this dynamic and critical time in the evolution of humanity.

We seek the probability of distinguishing the human brain from ever ascending and transcending Spirit-Mind. The brain is a physical organ that serves the human being in mortal experience the physical, emotional and mental dimension of the third form of life. The brain is a functional tool for many voluntary and involuntary processes. It can be likened to a computer. The brain stores information, compute, objectifies, formulate responses and reactions and the hard-drive, which seeks pleasure, pain, fear and discomfort as it calculates the enjoyment of life experiences born of the soul. The transcendent mind or "non-local mind" is a separate entity known as yet understand the creative life Force. "Non-local mind is pure consciousness, unconditional and full of potential. It works in direct connection with the physical brain, but not the brain. The creative force, the "transcendent mind, is the blue-print of perfection that permeates the life-giving power of Gd, the Creator of all life and defines the omnipresent Divinity as the Light of our purest nature. THE MYSTERIES OF HUMAN NATURE & THE TRINITY

All nature, including holy man, is a reflection of the Divine Presence. How holy man, meet, reflect and explore through the mind without limits. What we begin to perceive with clarity, enlightened knowledge that enables spiritual wisdom and purifies all illusion. Living a life full of illusions spouses separate us from the truth that all life is connected and all life is One with the Creator.

Life is a mystery or a memory? It's both? And 'neither? These mysteries may or must be taught humanity the mystical experience of actually knowing the sacred? We are getting complete clarity from Mind in or are the experiences of life, the wound that we carry, the paralyzing fear and doubt that falls prey to what I call our brain Filter, leave all humanity into chaos and confusion?

The filter brain responds through the experiences of life conscious and unconscious self-created, which appear to look like forebodingly our whole life and yet, in truth, we create experiences to learn, grow and to meet with Onesness. Our brain filters out the thin edge of even greater power of mind and we are lost in a labyrinth of confusion, illusion and live desperate lives without direction, purpose or prayer.

We are creative consciousness that uses the brain as a tool for the mind as we see both positive and negative, depending on our direct focus, concentration and be disciplined or chaotic thoughts, feelings and actions. Your name is the revelation?

Whether you are called a Christian, Buddhist Faith, jew faith, the faith of Islam or any religion or spiritual living Gd. Looking for knowledge in all and yourself to discover the perfume of heavenly light that weaves the truth in all the sacred texts of the world. You need not be a scholar and you do not need to study world religions in depth, if this is not your vocation.

Yet a basic knowledge of the great religions and spiritual practices of the world unite all people, as Gd teaches wisdom same throughout all key non violent religion, but also the mystical experiences that shake our world of conscious reality. The language may be different. The symbolism may appear different, however, the essence remains the same. The sum and substance of Gd talks about Sense and Sensibility, without separation of race, creed or color. Reveal yourself, oh, man's spirit. Follow your heart is aligned with consecrated Mind. Do not follow casually and certainly do not follow another human being, no matter how seemingly knowledgeable, competent or charismatic presence. Meet your powerful presence. Will then 'know thyself' as experienced, competent and charismatic. These are the qualities of Christ living within you. Hone these qualities. Tune yourself to the vibrational frequencies that will pave the way for world service. These qualities already exist. Discover them. Develop them. Seek knowledge, wisdom and truth inside your Holy Being and experience the intimacy of your car will be blessed to build a foundation on which to sanctify themselves through Universal Christhood. Boldly go where few have tread and serve humanity with the consciousness of high indwelling of the Spirit through your beloved. The thread of universal spiritual truth will be discovered when you allow the expansion of knowledge through the conscious will to explore, investigate, and the question of the covenant of Gd's great promise, "... Ask and you shall receive." Do not be afraid. Challenge the sacred promises of Gd in your mind and in all religious texts. Ask with conviction and hope. As you receive each piece of the puzzle mystic and academic, will find that each question and answer requires another question and then another and another. Therefore, the evolution of our consciousness transcends Mind's level on level of knowledge revealing as we seek the H / fullness of life in the spirit of reality consecrated.

The mind is a sacred place to live. The journey is an inspiration. There is no charge that pulses through in-service creative life-giving Spirit. There is oppression that we freely take 'the yoke of Christ' and try to express this wonderful union with all life. When the Master Jesus exhorts mankind to take 'the yoke of Christ upon us,' It is not asking us to take a heavy load on our shoulders to carry a heavy heart all eternity. Teaches humanity to accept a conscious union with Gd to serve the Light. Jesus teaches again and again: "I am the light of the world. You are the light of the world." This is our birthright. Know yourself as 'the Light of the World' and know the light of true freedom.

Wisdom in the teachings of Master Jesus asks all of humanity to recognize, remember and respond to our divine birthright and become the Masters of Light, the spiritual leader of the 21st century. We are eternal Mind. Each of us can take upon ourselves the yoke of liberating life, any religion and spiritual practice (s) we love our expression in the world.
