You Are What You Think

Looking in the mirror of a reflection that does not fit. Who I am, what I get, this is the right decision. My life was filled with doubt and the perception of failure was more my mind came when I decided to give in to something called the allegations.

Affirmations

Statements play a vital role in maintaining a positive attitude and strong mind. You are what you think and why not think big. The statement is a statement made at the present time, loudly and with conviction. For example, I am a positive person all the time. What this does is say a statement in your subconscious so that it becomes part of you.

Before you start let me explain what the conscious and subconscious mind are so you can better understand the power of affirmations.

What You Know

The conscious mind is the state of mind can be recognized. And 'self-talk in your head. The conscious mind is powered by what you believe in your subconscious mind. By this I mean if you are presented with a decision to make you question what is right and wrong with your conscious mind. That said what is right and wrong? And 'what do you think is basically what you were taught growing up and that is in your subconscious mind.

What you believe is what you believe?

The subconscious mind is the state of mind are not aware of, this is were your breathing is controlled, were his core values were a lie and your self image was created. In general it is a database of everything you learned in your life. The subconscious mind is the knowledge that allows to distinguish between right and wrong, what your core values are and tells you that a piece of corn is a piece of corn. Basically what you believe in your subconscious mind is your reality, so if you think you cannot succeed to the right if you believe articles right cannot right and so on and so forth. For this reason it is necessary to retrain your subconscious affirmations to believe you're successful, they are positive or what you are trying to achieve.

Now, if the subconscious has learned a database you can retrain it? Yes, and we do it through assertions.

Change the beliefs that you basically will not happen overnight, but it can be done with commitment. You have years of knowledge stored away in his head and you need to understand that one must attack the question in a moment.

Take Control

To start the process you need to know what you want to change. Write a list of things you want to achieve and seem to have trouble making. Then choose the single most important thing that binds everything on your list. For example, my list was composed of associates tasks that I could not get done or postponed. Everything has to become a successful Internet marketing. This is what I focused on ... I am a successful Internet marketers.

Next is to write a list of seven ten statements attacking the look you want to change. As I said before that statement is a positive statement in the present tense with conviction. For example, I am a money magnet, money flows to me easily and without effort or money follows me wherever I go. These are some that I use for the money.

Schedule a time in the morning and evening to say your affirmations. You should have at least seven statements and all should be repeated ten times twice a day for a total of 140 positive statements daily. This is a critical step in the formation of new subconciosness positive because it lasts about ten to override a negative.

Rewrite the book

The last step is something that should be done every night like staying in bed and whenever you have a spare minute. I call it rewriting the book. Close your eyes and imagine the path that the subconscious is a long dark staircase to go to a basement in your head. You walk in complete darkness and see nothing. Continue to walk down stairs without end in sight, when a small white light appears. You start running and the light becomes brighter, then suddenly you are there, a white room with nothing but a very dense book, and a flashlight inside. The book should be a million or more pages with the title of your subconscious. Page opens with the success of the title page of the law you will never be successful. Now tear, burn on this page, with the torch and replace it with a page that says I am a person of success, success follows me every step I take. Leave the room that just rewrote the book.

You are what you think so think big. statements apply to your everyday life and watch what happens.
