The easiest and fastest way to increase productivity is to develop concentration.
Develop concentration directly affects your self-discipline, perseverance and the ability to
achieve the objectives set.
Why is it so?
Because the concentration is a form of self-discipline, just over a shorter period of time.
When you focus your attention on a short period of time, is called concentration camps.
When you focus your attention on a longer time horizon (i.e. a month, a year, a life), is called self-discipline, perseverance and consistency.
In other words, productivity!

* Concentration generator 1 week
This first exercise is simple, but since many people have horrible concentration, it is good to start small. Every time you eat, just count the number of the number of times that chew your food before swallowing.
Throughout the week, up to 32 times chew your food before swallowing.
You will probably find your mind wandering and lose the account.
This is ok. Just start by 1 with each bite again.

Once again, start slowly and build on ths concentration constructor for week 2. You will see dramatically improving your concentration, as you do. Start by selecting a number from 3-6.
Whenver you walk on the web, just count the steps.
For example, if you choose the number 4,
It goes like this. 1. step. 2 ..... 3. step by step. 4 and start at 1.
If you find your mind wandering, not c ' is no need to beat yourself up.
Just gently back to concentrate on counting your steps.
